Prior to clients moving in, Property Management by BUTLER provided the initial setup, renovation project management. Subsequently, our property managers also provided the day-to-day management and supervision of the property.

Black and White Colonial Houses are conservation houses built between 1800 – 1900s, and are managed by the Singapore Land Authority (SLA). Black and White colonial houses are in high demand and leased by individuals or companies.
Managing Black and White Colonial Houses in Singapore was uniquely challenging. In our case study, the property under our management had. a garden compound, and was under maintained prior to the lease. The entire compound needed a refresh from removing of weeds and moulds from the driveway, to housekeeping, and repaint of the premise.
The client had requested for a large renovation and project management for the property, some of the items listed below prior to their moving in.
- Install 100 trees around the parameter of the property
- Level ground and Construct a Badminton Court
- Level ground and Construct a 20M Swimming Pool and System
- Install Electronic Gates
- Pruning of trees and landscape
